1. Q : When is the closing date for applications?
   A : Applications must reach the County Office by 5th September



2. Q : How can I pay for the event?
   A : The preferred payment method is via either a personal or group cheque made payable to "Bedfordshire County Scout Council". Cash will be accepted on the day of arrival in exceptional circumstances and must be arranged in advance by emailing bookings@bedlam-online.com.



3. Q : What do I do about food during the weekend?
   A : Food is not included in price of the camp. There is a BBQ on the Saturday evening which you can book at a small extra charge. As for the other meals over the weekend if you feel a bit lazy you can either eat at the local pub or get takeaway. For the not so lazy you will need to bring food and the means to cook it as there will not be any cooking facilities available on site.



4. Q : What time can I arrive on the Friday?
   A : The campsite officially opens at 4pm, but if you would like to arrive earlier and get settled, please email bookings@bedlam-online.com to confirm your arrival time



5. Q : Do I have to do all of the activities?
   A : No. The whole point of the weekend is for you to do what you want (within reason!). The programme is designed to be flexible so that you can do as much or as little as you like.



6. Q : Will we be able to do activities as a family?
   A : There will be sessions that are for everyone, families included. There will also be adult only sessions where under 18's won't be included but to keep the balance there will also be some activities and sessions that are only for the under 18 participants.



7. Q : Will I be able to leave my children with anyone while I do activities?
   A : We are planning on having people available to look after the younger children whilst adults take part in activities. Please remember though, that you are responsible for you're children for the whole time at camp.
   
   
8. Q : I don't want to be disturbed by children when I'm trying to get to sleep. Is there a camping area away from the family groups?
   A : Yes. There will be an area designated for family camping and one for adults only. You are free to camp where you like within these areas.



9. Q : What do I need to bring to the camp?
   A : The minimum you need to bring with you is the clothes on your back and something to sleep in, everything else is a bonus. There will be wet activities so it will be worth bringing a change of clothes and some old shoes. 10. Q : I've been to Bedlam before. Do I need to fill in a booking form?
    A : Yes. The booking form contains important information regarding contact details, medical conditions and emergency contacts that may have changed since the last time you came.
